Borges balsamic creams are produced and packaged in our plant in Modena. They are mainly made from concentrated Wine Must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, making them ideal to give an original touch to sweet and savory dishes.

Available qualities:
Classic cream: of dark color and very viscous. Its flavor is sweet and fruity, with the characteristic touch of the balsamic Vinegar of Módena.
Fruit creams (apple, fig, strawberry, raspberry, etc.): of dark colors and very viscous. Its flavor is sweet and tangy, with some taste notes of the fruit that characterizes it.
