Borges balsamic vinegars are produced and packaged in our plant in Modena. They are obtained by maceration in wine barrels from Modena (Italy). This vinegar enhances the flavor of all meat and especially beef and duck; and is an excellent ingredient for vinaigrettes for smoked fish (trout, salmon, etc.)

Ideal for salads for its soft flavor because it is light and less concentrated. The maximum quality of the Módena Vinegar stands out for its good flavor and thickness, which makes it ideal to give a touch to gourmet dishes and desserts.
Available qualities
For the organic Módena vinegar, we supply two qualities: Two Leaves and Four Leaves. We can provide other alternatives according to the specific needs of our clients.
